When will I get my order?
Each Snuki piece is handmade with care, so please allow up to 10-15 business days for your order to be prepared before shipping.
If your item is already in stock, it will be shipped right away once your order is confirmed.

Do you ship to the USA?
Not at the moment. Due to recent US import and shipping regulations, shipping from Europe has become much more complicated.
I’m doing my best to find a good solution and make US shipping available as soon as possible. ♡
What are the figurines made of?
Every Snuki figurine is handmade with polymer clay, with each detail shaped by hand. Once finished, it’s coated with UV resin to create a smooth, glossy layer that makes it stronger, more durable, and beautifully shiny.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the chosen delivery method.
Prices may vary slightly depending on your location and parcel weight.
All orders include tracked shipping for your peace of mind.

How do I leave a message in my figurine?
Each Snuki comes with a unique code that you can scan to personalise your desk friend. You’ll find everything you need to get started in the packaging.💌
How should I take care of my Snuki?
- If needed, gently wipe with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Avoid alcohol, acetone, or abrasive cleaners.
- Polymer clay is durable once cured, but not unbreakable. Avoid bending, dropping, or applying pressure, as this may cause damage.
- Each piece is unique. Please treat it with care to keep it looking its best.
